Jason Whitlock's column from the Kansas City Star presents an interesting perspective on the Duke Lacrosse Team situation.
The more the public gets involved, the more tragic this gets.

I don't like the comparison of Jesse Jackson to a lynch mob- it's really unfair. I do, though, appreciate Whitlock pointing out that lining up behind the accuser based on her race is in fact racism. It's presuming the accused to be guilty. Only a few columnists could have written that piece, and I'm sure his inbox is full of responses to it.

It's just one perspective.

Thanks for posting that; it's nice to read a fresh perspective on that story. I like how he mentioned that trying to achieve "justice" in this manner only widens the gap between the haves and have-nots.
